Usage fees are assessed quarterly and are based upon each property’s metered water use the previous winter (December through February):
- Base Fee (effective January 1, 2025): $80 for first 7,500 gallons of water used
- Use Fee (effective January 1, 2024): $3.50 per 1,000 gallons used in excess of 7,500 gallons
- Tap Fee (effective April 1, 2019): $8,270 plus actual costs for engineering inspection of new tap
Sewer Line Replacement Inspection Fee: actual costs for engineering inspection of residential sewer line replacement if replacing the connection into the District's main line
A late fee of $20 will be assessed each quarter for late payment.
If a home changes ownership during the year the fee will revert back to Base Fee until the next winter's assessment.
